WRVS4400n Routing

I have a 4400 router, with our users on 192.168.3.1, connected to the internet with static external facing IP. Also have a Netgear WGR614 router (192.168.3.200) connected to our corporate intranet on a T1 with a static external IP. How can I connect the two so that our users can access the internet and the intranet at the same time without having to change IPs. Would also like to ensure that internet traffic can't "see" intranet router. Should I go the VLAN route?

Internet connection internal IP's: 192.168.3.1 (DHCP .2-.100)

Intranet router IP's: 192.168.3.200 (No DHCP)

Thanks!!!!
