Hello,
after upgrading my WS-C3560G-48PS-S from 12.2(25)SEB4 to 15.0(2)SE2 the Switch was unreachable.
I can´t get access through console connection - no output appears. From the release notes this update should work fine (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/15.0_2_se/release/notes/OL25301.pdf).
I have used the correct image (c3560-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SE2.bin) !
