I want to test all 48 ports of 3750 switches same time,is there any command to test these port without using Cat5 cable in single port?

To test the physical ports you need something plugged in, incase there is damage to the the pins on the interface.

Thanks for that, that is the only solution which i found as well, nothing we can do without connecting any devices or cables.

The startup tests and software tests check the switch up to the "final logical interface", but have no way to verify the final hardware drivers and physical interface.  It's cable time !

Well the switch does a test of sorts on power up (the Power On Self Test).  Turn it off and on and watch the log.
