WS-X6724-SFP can't boot online

I'm going to upgrade IOS version on a 7606-S router to 12.2(33)SRD5. First, I execute 'redundancy reload peer' command, boot standby RSP720 with new version IOS. Then , I execute 'redundancy force-switchover' . After the RSP switchover, both WS-X6724-SFP in slot 1 and 2 can't boot online.

show logging:

Reseting these modules can't make them work.

If I remembered correctly, SCP is the communications between the blade and the chassis' backplane.

Try to reseat the module. If the problem persist, move the line card to a different slot. If the problem persist, then you have a faulty line card.

Now we have another 7606, with same RSPs and LCs in same slots, has this problem too. When we upgarde IOS, after rsp720 switchover, 2 WS-X6724-SFP in slot 1 and 2, couldn't be online.

So there must be some problem more than faulty LC.

I found a bug, CSCeb23191, resolve same problem. "After an RPR+ switchover, some modules to not come back online. This problem is resolved in ROMMON software release 12.2(18r)S1."

But our LCs already have this ROMMON version.

Its indicates the faulty hardware.
