X2-10GB-SR compatible with 3750-E?

Hi,

i will be buying 2 x 3750-E and will connect our server with 10G to the x2 port of 3750.  is X2-10gb-SR compatible with this? do i need any converter module?

As you can see X2-10GB-SR is compatible with the 3750E switch.
