Currently on our 110R we use AAA to authenticate and it works great. Is their a way to creat an account that can authenticate locally while the other accounts authenticate with AAA? or is it all or none?
Hello as soon you enable AAA, all local accounts are deleted from the system except the 'Admin' accounts. The admin account can continue to login via SSH/Console. But AFAIK for the web-authentication of non-admin users you need the account(s) to be present on the AAA server. For admin users, you might be able to authenticate on the web-inteface even with AAA enabled, as this is what the user guide says:
"When the MARS Appliance operates with the AAA authentication method, every login except the administrator accounts are authenticated by the external AAA server."
