Archiving to Windows 2008 Server

Has anybody been sucessful in setting up Data Archiving from MARS to a Windows 2008 server? I asked TAC for configuration info like they have for earlier versions but it doesn't exist. I'm having an issue getting the MARS appliance to talk the the Windows 2008 server. THE NFS share exists but I don't think the username is working correctly.

Thanks

Greg

Re: Archiving to Windows 2008 Server

You can archive data from a MARS Appliance and use that data to restore the operating system (OS), system configuration settings, dynamic data (event data), or the complete system. The appliance archives and restores data to and from an external network-attached storage (NAS) system using the network file system (NFS) or Secure FTP (SFTP) protocols.

Backup, Recover, Restore, and Standby Server Options(MARS):

Re: Archiving to Windows 2008 Server

I checked out the link. It discusses using Unix for Windows 3.5. This application will not run on Windows Server 2008. I need to archive to a 2008 Server.

Thanks for your comment.
