Go to management->event management. enter "MARS" into the description and click search. This will list the individual MARS specific events. This does NOT include all the self monitoring that is done by MARS. There is some amount of monitoring that occurs for which there is no GUI interface. I have seen NFS failures and RAID failures generate emails but nothing in the GUI for examples. The login attempts you can get at. You can map those back to inspection rules by copying the rule group and then doing a search in Rules->inspection rules.
