CS-MARS25 License Ploblem

i use CSMARS25 Series version 5.3.2

when i register License i receive this message from cisco.com

"We encountered delays while trying to process your request. If you donot receive an email detailing the status of your request within an hour, please open a Service Request using the TAC Service Request Tool . Please have your valid Cisco.com user Id and password available. As an alternative you may also call our main Technical Assistance Center at 1-800-553-2447.. "

i wait for a 5-6 hour but i don't receive any e-mail from cisco

Do try again, but it is always better that you open a Service Request for this. This is something to do with cisco internally, as there have been lots of tricks happening at Cisco's new Contract and licensing management software recently.
