Cisco released a FN saying that some Third-Party Hard Drives Have an Increased Chance of Data Corruption. Since our MARS(210-K9, 6.0.4) also lies in this series. We are planning to apply the patch. Just to be on the safe side I am trying to take backup of our LC through SFTP but thats not working, telnet from LC to SFTP server(port 22) is working fine. I have attached the error, please let me know in case someone is facing similar issues. FYI our SFTP server is on the same subnet as of LC so no firewalls are involved. I have checked but failed to find how to start the Archiving Services on an LC.
I found on NETPRO that "pnexp" should not be used as it is not recommended.
If anyone can atleast suggest best way to take backup of logs and configuration that would be great.
