MARS 4.x -> 6.x - unable to partition flash disk

I'm running a MARS20, 4.3.6 and am trying to upgrade to 6.0.1 by using the recovery DVD (per documentation).

I insert the 6.0.1 recovery DVD I downloaded from Cisco, the MARS device boots from it and I choose 'MARS Operating System Recovery'. The wizard loads a few drivers and reports "unable to partition the flash disk (hda)". At that point, I'm asked to reboot by the wizard, and that's all I can do.

Has anyone ever seen this flash disk error before when doing an upgrade? Is my best bet to open a TAC incident?

Thanks,

Greg

I should add that this is the output of 'diskusage':

/dev/hda1 129M 14M 108M 12% /boot

/dev/hda5 9.8G 1.2G 8.2G 13% /opt

none 1005M 0 1005M 0% /dev/shm

/dev/hda6 7.9G 3.4G 4.1G 46% /u01

/dev/hda7 3.9G 2.1G 1.7G 55% /u03

Closed -

I realised that I needed to choose 'Distributed MARS - Local Controller' from the DVD boot menu.
