I have one requirement for replacing multiple router GWs with one 3750 M using BGP.
Any Cisco documentaion available?

Begin by configuring BGP as you normally do on a router. Make sure the IOS image you have supports BGP . If not upgrade the image. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.2_25_sed/configuration/guide/swiprout.html#wp1226539
