Can anyone help me? I have a problem with the output drops on GE interfaces in ME 3400 switches, which is reflected in the quality of traffic in the network. Applying policies to expand the queue limit to 544, the number of drop is reduced but not completely. I managed to notice that many engineers have the same problem. The question now is what Cisco officially recommended as a solution to this problem, since the default behavior of switch is not satisfactory. I already tried to find any information about potential bug in the release notes, but without success. If anyone has experience with this problem, I would be grateful for any help.
I have the same issue coming in my ME swicthes. Please advise if there is any bug fix for this. W ehave Metro switches connected Gig interfaces with Fa interfaces, the drops are easily seen on Gig interfaces.
