Metro LAN

LAN-to-LAN connection between two sites. The distance between two sites are app 60Km., through a Leased Line from ISP of speeds from 8Mbps to 155Mbps. Each router should include SDH Interface Card as per ISP specification.What all of suggest for this. pl advice me.

Your question isnt clear, is the ISP providing you with EoSDH connection for LAN-to-LAN extension.

If its EoSDH you dont need an SDH/POS interface on your side.

Do Update further.

ISP is not providing SDH interface. I wants to know that what all equipments we required.

hoe to configure it.

The simplest and most flexible solution in this case is Cisco7200VXR/NPE-G1. You will need STM-1 or another kind of interface - you had better to consult with your service provider what is interface specification you will connect to.

Then you can use EoMPLS or L2TPv3 to complete with LAN-to-LAN connectivity. If you need L2 of course.
