Problem with Cisco ONS 15530 Line card

Hi guys,

I installed a CPU module (slot 6) and MSMP-0322 module (slot 1) on ONS  15530.

I powered the unit on and issued show hardware command. Its result are  as follows:

Status LED on CPU is solid green but on the MSMP module is  flashing/blinkin green.

Any suggestion/idea why it behaves like that? Why doesn't it recognise the MSMP card?
