RSP720-3C-GE all led orange

Hi, not sure if the right place to do this query.

as indicated by the case, insert the card but all the LEDs are orange. According to documentation, the color refers to a minor fault

The console displays:

I am sure your issue must have been fixed already. Ran into similar issue today. 

I took the console of the standby sup and changed the confreg to 0x2102.

rommon 5 > confreg 0x2102
You must reset or power cycle for new config to take effect
rommon 14 > confreg

Rebooted it using 'reset' command. It came up just fine.
