vc-3 container CES on 7206VXR

Hi all,

I've just received a ATM connection through a public network with a VC-3 container (SDH).

I have an PA-A2-4E1XC-OC3SM in a 7206 that should connect to another one at the other end.

I've been used to working with PVP's but cannot seem to find out how to relate to a vc-3 container ? since i cannot configure the VC-3 parameters or even SDH as framing on a 7206 with the above mentioned card.

Will this setup work? and how to map a 7200 into a vc-3 container ?.

Finally, will the sonet/sdh be an issue when running at OC3 (actually E3) speeds ?

The only cards I've seen that support vc-3 are on 12000 series routers. Take a look at the documentation for the PA-A3 cards, they are supported on the 7200 and may do what you want:
