Import File Issues
I successfully uploaded a CVS file in the SNTC portal, but it does not show up under the Upload Processing tab. (please see attached screenshot). So I am unable to see the inventory that was uploaded. Any assistance is much appreciated.
Resolved! Customer Admin access over 24 Hrs. and still cannot upload template.
I was granted additional access to the Customer Administration role on 4/10/24. I just checked the account and none of the options have changed in my profile, i.e. cannot see Upload Template option or Admin dashboard.
