Having problems retrieving server list on Steam for Team Fortress 2. The ports that need opening are:

* UDP 27000 to 27020 inclusive

* TCP 27020 to 27050 inclusive

I've added those to my access-list 102, but still can't retrieve the server list. Not sure what I am missing.

Make sure that IPS services are not enabled on your router because of the way the packets are handled by Team Fortress the IPS may get the impression of a DoS attack and may block the packets. Check the router logs if it is discarding the packets.

Says I do not even have an IOS image that supports IPS.

Well you have allowed

access-list 102 permit udp any any eq 27020

If the ports is what you say it should be

access-list 102 permit udp any any range 27000 27020
