BGP GR for vpnv4 and vrf sessions

I see on cisco's website that

BGp GR is not supported for vpnv4 and vrf sessions since the feature was introduced in 12.2(15)t; can anyone confirm that;

do we have it IOS XR or another IOS?

SSO/NSF for MPLS-VPN is supported in XR since 3.5.2 and in IOS (12.2S, 12.2SR, 12.2SX trains):
