Can't ping behind next-hop router when enabling mpls-ip

Basicly I have to PE router a 7604 and i 2801 router. Between the to routers it's a Vlan (Ethernet) from my ISP. When i enable mpls ip on my outside interface at the 28xx i can't ping behind my 7604 (next hop router). I can ping all interfaces at my 7604. If i remove tag-switching at my 28xx router, then I can ping all my routers. If I take my router and connect it localy, just with a layer 2 switch. Things work fine so i think this has to bee something with my ISP. I have one location working but my other location is not working. The location who is not working has a DSL (paradyn). The location who is working has a serial E2 link.

Anyone who has had a similar problem?
