hi to all,
I have a situation where I should enable MPLS to the CE. Should I configure the MP-BGP on CE to establish peering with other CE (which is also MPLS-aware), or what should I do?
thank you.

The protocol you need to run depends on the specific application. For eg. MP-BGP is used for VPN scenarios, directed LDP session is used for ATOM and RSVP with LSP is used for Traffic Engineering.

If you just need MPLS VPNs (VRFs) on the CE then you might want to try Multi-VRF a.k.a. VRF-lite. If you have 12.2T with IP Plus or higher, or 12.3 with SP Services feature set, you can configure VRFs. You then have a logical interface per-VRF between the CE and PE, instead of needing a label-switched path, no real MPLS. Frame relay is nice for this.
