CE to PE static configuration

Hi there,

I'm having problem to assign a static route to my CE.Below is the message:

PE(config)#ip route vrf vrf1 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0 FastEthernet 0/0

% For VPN routes, must specify a next hop IP address if not a point-to-point interface

If I change to serial interface, there is no message appear.Can I assign on any FE for static route?FYI, FE and Serial inteface are connected to CE.

You should have no problem configuring:

"ip route vrf vrf1 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0 FastEthernet 0/0 x.x.x.x" with X being your next hop IP
