Can Cisco Router 2500 & 2600 Series provide provide MPLS switching?

According to the CCO Feature Navigator, the 2500 and 2600 do not support MPLS. On the other hand I don't see any mention of the 3600 platform in there but I have used 3640 in testing MPLS features.
I wouldn't recommended using anything smaller than a 7200 as a PE router anyway.
If it is for testing purposes only you could probably try load a service provider image (12.0S) on one of these devices and see if you get the results you expect.

I've heard that a 2651 can act as a very limited PE router but I'm not sure on the IOS image required.
Minimum spec PE router I've used is the 3620.

A 2500 supports MPLS features. Sort of...
It has NO problems running as a CE router. :)

For 2500 support ,the same query was raised long time ago on MPLS-OPS
R Raszuk had replied for the same.
Personally have used the 2500 for testing and it can emulate PE(2547b) and P function quite well.
Use it for Lab not prod.
R.Raszuk's reply:
2500 does not support MPLS simply because 2500 business unit decided so.
For lab trials, education etc ... Almost a year back Oct 20 2001 I have
compiled totally unsupported image which can be used on 2500 to run MPLS
and even some MPLS based applications (L3VPNs, TE etc ...) The location
is: ftp://ftp-eng.cisco.com/rraszuk/specials/ name: *20oct2001
Feell free to play with it but don't call tac or complain when something
is not working !

Beside 2500, did 2620 / 3600 / 1700 support it? I just want a testing equipment. In fact, CPU of 1700 is faster than that of 2500, so did 1700 able to handle it?
And I found 7200 support MPLS, what about uBR7200 ?
