LabNetwork problems

i've LabNetwork: MPLS cloud (PE1 and PE2 routers) and customers routers MSK1,SAM1,MSK_GW.

Routers MSK1 and SAM1 also connected between each other.

I want emulate failure link between customer router MSK1 and provider's PE1.

After it i want that router MSK_GW will be available for PE1 and PE2 via link between MSK1 and SAM1.

But it's not happened.

I can't understand where is my fault?

The issue is that you omitted to configured "ip vrf forwarding green" on fe0/0 on PE2, hence there is no ospf neighbor relationship between PE2 and SAM1 and therefore no redundancy.
