I made a debug , and indicate this :

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 OPEN has ROUTE-REFRESH capability(new) for all address-families

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 rcvd OPEN w/ optional parameter type 2 (Capability) len 3

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 OPEN has CAPABILITY code: 131, length 1

Re: Log in BGP with MPLS

You can see the defined capability codes at the following URL:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/capability-codes

IETF lists 131 is vendor specific.

It corresponds to Multisession BGP which is in draft form.

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-idr-bgp-multisession-03

One side doesn't appear to support the capability.
