MLPPP over two separate physical cable routes

We are planning a move from a single T1 to 2xT1, and we are requesting the two T1's take diverse paths between the CE and PE. There are two fiber routes that the T1's can take, so T1 #1 will take route A, and T1 #2 will take route B.

The question is, are there any restrictions on something like this happening, say around latency differences between the two different links? The advertised latency is ~1ms on either route, but I'm just curious on whether MLPPP will have any issues if the paths of the physical links take diverse routes?

Thanks!

Your only issues mate is with latency. However if the SPs are saying ~1ms then you can always nail the life out of them if you see more :D. Reorders of packets would be my biggest worry.
