mp-BGP route reflector question

can i put VRR (mp-bgp route reflector)into another ospf area( not ospf area 0) in a large mpls vpn network,such as ospf 10,20.

is there any problem!

Route reflectors main purpose is establishing BGP sessions. So if the BGP router-id of the route-reflector is reachable from other MP-BGP PEs (via ospf) , there is no problem..

Yes you can. However, note that you could run into problems if you require to run mpls traffic engineering.

we have two p routers as core, but customers want to config p routers as mpls vpn reflectors, i suggest to config two PE routers as mpls vpn reflector.

which one is better!
