Hi
Have a 7500 that will be used to extend MPLS network to a remote side. I´d like to know if I can run the MPLS link, using LDP, over a port of the FSIP8 module. Are there any restrictions for MPLS over this module?
Also, I´d like to know if the FSIP module supports Multilink PPP over MPLS with Qos. I saw in a document from Cisco about the PAs and RSPs supported for this feature, but nothing is said about the FSIP. As long as it is directly controlled by the RSP, can I assume that it should work?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
This can be done, LDP can be established on FSIP modules and also using Multilink PPP, but no QoS.....
Send me an e-mail if you like....

Hi, Luis
When you say no Qos, you mean it is not possible to configure in the CLI, or you can configure it, but it will not work? How exactly it is not supported?

Hi,
All QoS commands are accepted but when you try to see if they are applied, you get blanks, and for instance if you configure LLQ when the interface goes to 90 or 80% utilization, you get choppy voices, so it doesn't work.

Luis
