MPLS VPN configuration.

Can please let me know when i am configuring IBGP peering on the physical interface and while activating VPNV4 neighbour for VPN4 route exchange is there would be any issue ?

Hi

when activating VPNv4 peers exsisting IPv4 will shut down and reactivate automatically.

So yes - there will be a short interrupt in IPv4 traffic.

(unless you have redundant route reflectors)

with addition to this I would like to add one thing when ever the customer routes redistributed in bgp they carry the physical interface of CPE and you might face issues with that. To avoid this issue you have to make peering with loopback and alwasy use update source loopback with next hop self. Please refer to the document.
