I was just wondering if its possible to run multicasting over MPLS? If so, could you give me a site where I could find the information regarding my question and how to configure it. Thanks in advance.

There is a feature called Multicast VPN (MVPN). It provides Multicats services to clients connected to an MPLS VPN Service Provider.
Get a look at the following links:

Let me know if you can't acces the second document. I will email it to you.
Hope this helps,

Hi there! Thanks for your help. However, I'm having problems in implementing Multicast over MPLS. I have already configured the requirements in the documents after thouroughly reading it, but still it doesn't seem to work. Pardon my ignorance, but do I have to configure MSDP for this kind of application? We've been implementing MPLS for almost 2 years now but this is the first time that a client of mine needs multicast in their MPLS link. I setup a lab for this one, and been testing it for almost a week, but nothing seems to work. I would like to ask if you could help me further. Maybe you could provide me a sample config. Thanks in advance!

What multicast routing protocol are you using in your core? SSM?? Is every link in your core configured for pim? What protocol is the customer using pim-sm?? If so have you configured their RP on your PE's?
