Multicast Voice over ip integrating with cisco call manager 6.x

Hi,

One of my client took MVOIP connectivity with one service provider. Now we are facing problem, we are not able to make calls through mvoip link. As per ISP instruction we created one SIP Trunk, this trunk ip address pointing to service provider end. Service provider provide one router for this one, that we connected with our switch. if we dial access code, after that we are not getting any idea tone. If any body done this type of scenario can you please revert it back to me
