In addition you can plan like
1- What is the role of this new PoP i.e which type of traffic will it carry (pure IPv4,ipv6,multicast,)
2- What are the backbone links type i.e Pos,Ds3,E1 or gig links
3- As you said you are going to use Ospf and i suppose it is already runnning in your network. you need to replicate the same if requirement is same
4- You already decided to use IBGP...need more work as if you have RR in your network there is one/or two neighborship required. if No RR
you need to go for full-mesh
