NSR for targeted ldp sessions betwen pseudowire peers is not working

Hi.

According to the following output, NSR is not "available" (N/A) for the targeted ldp sessions between the local router and the peers in which it establishes a p2p pseudowire:

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:ASR9010#show mpls ldp neighbor brief

200.83.0.132:0     N   N/A  6d17h               1       30         776

So when I do an rsp switchover the ldp adjacencyes are reset with the peers in which a pseudowire is configured (4 in total). The adjacencies with the rest of peers keep up.

Any one knows if this is a normal behavior? or what could be the reason?

IOS XR version running in asr9k is 4.0.1

Thanks,

Carlos Trujillo.
