Thanks.

Remove all the network modules and reboot again.

I already try that option by removing all Network modules and rebooting, but it's still stuck!!!!!!

Actually I have 2 CISCO 3640 with the same issue, I did upload new IOS images in ROMMON mode but the same problem remain.

Did you try a new IOS version?

No I did not. Which one do you suggest me to use ?

You choose base on your the amount of DRAM and flash requirement of your routers.

I will try with the new IOS images and will let you know.

Thanks,

How long did this message stay up?  I mean how long did you wait before the "Press any key to continue" comes up?

FINALLY THIS IS THE SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received it today, I started fixing  all my routers

Thanks any way.

Enter  ctrl + break to enter Rommon. Then type confreg 0x2142 and boot. When it  boots the IOS he needs to erase the config with Write erase. That error  shouldn't show anymore when he boots.  Change the  config-register back to 0x2102 though
