QoS policies inside an MPLS VPN

We are looking to provide QoS and rate-limiting on an MPLS VPN. Can you provide any solutions on how to implement QoS on an individual MPLS VPN level?

Solution is pretty simple. You just use the TOS byte in the PE and appreciate the precedence or DSCP markings done on the CE and then action on it. In the core the policies would be global with the EXP bits mapping onto the the relevant queues.
