Re: Telnet and Telnet

How do you access the box then?

1)

If it is by console, do you have under

line con 0

transport output telnet

If you don't have it you won't be able to telnet anywhere ;-)

2) does cle line vty 1

work?

If it doesn't try to set

exec-timeout 10

session-timeout 10

under line vty 0 x

3) if that in 2) isn't enough - try to add:

service tcp-keepalive-in

service tcp-keepalive-out

Hope this helps.
