There is nothing special that you need to do with a L3VPNRR that you would not with a standard IPv4 route reflector. The biggest difference is, of course, that you are exchanging vpnv4 routes. Apart from that, the same considerations that apply to IPv4 route reflectors apply to vpnv4 RRs.
