Can I use VSS based on Catalyst 6504 with VS-S2T-10G as P/PE node?

Can I use Port-channels for MPLS interconnections?

Sure, there should be no problem in using a VSS node as a P or PE node, however you do need to be runinng Advanced IP Services software on it. For using VSS port-channels as label switching links, since they can run layer 3, there should be no issue running label switching over them as well.
