MPLS labels are assigned from a single label space and a single MPLS value is associated to a FEC at the node level regardless of incoming interface, because the router advertises its bindings using LDP messages.
if you refer to automatic LSPs generated by LDP

This looks like load balancing of MPLS packets. The picture shows the packets taking two paths through the network for a certain destination/LSP. Note that there is a possible third path with equal cost, if all the links have the same IGP cost. By default, the routing of MPLS packets will match the routing of IP packets, if LDP is used and not MPLS Traffic Engineering. So, if there is load balancing of IP packets, there can be load balancing of MPLS packets.
(load balancing = equal cost multi pathing or ECMP)
