Automate a Port Bounce in Cisco ISE

I have digital clocks on my network that I manually have to port bounce once in a while.

How can I automate a port bounce in ISE? What is the best way to complete a shut, no shut?

Do I need to inject a script in ISE and specify devices or use a custom attribute? Any ideas?

ISE may trigger a RADIUS Change of Authorization (CoA) per session.
