Reports & activity opening an excel file

Hello,

We are running ACS v3.3 on a windows 2003 env. when we try to open a csv file, it opens in the browser, I want it to open in a seperate Excelfile. In our v3.0, it worked that way, what do we need to change so it open once again in an Excel sheet ?

I assume you are using ACS Admin looking on the reports & activity pages?

If you want to view with excel you'll have to download the csv first. You can do this manually for each report you click on..

..or you could look at our csvsync application that pulls down all the reports from multiple ACSs.
