Browser is not supported by CiscoWorks

Resolution

Each CiscoWorks version supports only a very specific set of browsers.

If you are using an unsupported browser, the application shows various deviations.

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Check which browsers are supported in your version by referring to CiscoWorks Compatibility Matrix.
  2. If your browser is unsupported, retry your operation with a supported version.
