Cat65 VSS standby reload due to VSL link down

My customer Cat65 VSS switches  down due to power.

The standby Cat65 was failed, I convert it to standby then back to VSS.

The standby Cat65 got the following messages then to rommon>

The 10G port 5/4,5/5 TenGBIC and cables is good and connected.

Anyone has suggestions?

I was convert switch2 to standalone the back to VSS mode three times but the problem is still there.

Startup Config Mismatch:

STANDBY:  switch 1 priority 100

ACTIVE: switch 1 VSL interface count is 2

STANDBY: switch 1 VSL interface count is 0

STANDBY : Interface Port-channel10 not found

STANDBY : Interface TenGigabitEthernet1/5/4 not found

STANDBY : Interface TenGigabitEthernet1/5/5 not found

Both cat65 chassis has two sup720-10G. I do not know the message "STANDBY" ?
