Cisco Discovery Filters Stopped Working on LMS 3.2

I am currently running Cisco Works 3.2 and for some reason, the IP Filters that I put in stopped running.  Thus the Device Discovery takes forever to finish.  Looking for ideas of what might have caused this to happen.  THANKS
