This EEM Tcl policy can be used to prevent, monitor and notify CLI  config changes.   For example, when a CLI command that matches the  pattern "access-list 1", any CLI command string matching the pattern  "access-list 1" is ignored by IOS. Notification of the attempted CLI  configuration change is delivered in the form of an email containing (1)  a timestamp, (2) the CLI command issued and (3) any relevant user  information.
