Evaluating SCH? Want to know what type of alerts can raise TAC SR by SCH ?

If you are evaluating SCH,  you might be interested to know what type of alerts that case raise SR  or send notification only.  Based on the type of  pre-defined alert, SCH would able  create TAC service request or send an email notification only to customer.
