Installing HUM in LMS 3.2 after LMS was installed

We er evaluating LMS 3.2. LMS is ok and running on win 2003 server for about five weeks. Now when I try to install HUM 1.2 from the same DVD, the installation asks a list of processes to be closed in order to install HUM. I have closed all programs and run "net stop crmdmgtd" to stop all processes. This did not help anyway. I will appreciate for any tips. Thanks.
