Local Area Connection doesn't have a valid IP configuration (W7)

I have Cisco EPC3212 modem

Up until a few days ago, both computers could connect at the same time without any issues. Now, though, only

1 computer can connect.

I have been able to get laptop

to connect but only after giving it the physical address from pc.

Obviously, when they have the same address they can't both connect at the same time.

How can i fix it?
