1-13W36L - Server Runtime Error in EDN CiscoWorks using RME

When using Resource Manager Essentials -> Configuration management -> Search Archive by Pattern

An error message is displayed through a Java Applet Window which reads:

Server Runtime Error: java.lang.NullPointerException

Any ideas why this might be the case?

What RME IDU do you have installed?

What platform is RME running on?

Does this happen for all devices?

Where any files deleted from the server to free up disk space?

Customer has tried several different pattern match searches on router and switch groups which all

seem to yield the same results.

To the best of my knowledge no files have been deleted.
